Pop Art Prints
As part of my internship, working at Loud Mob Media, I was tasked with creating a series of prints for a toddler’s apparel brand inspired by the massively influential pop art era of the 60s and 70s. The brand targeted modern, fashion-forward parents looking for out-of-the-box clothing for their kids.
I experimented with and built upon pop art’s unapologetic visual language of using bold, colourful and out-of-context elements, adding touches of upbeat and hopeful phrases for happy babies. The brand chose an illustration from this series of experiments to add to their official range of toddler onesies and dresses.
